Synopsis: This issue is part 3 of Endgame.
Ship exploded but it has retained the core parts of its systems in a hastily-formed survival module. The Inhumans arrive in another ship and tractor the module aboard. Their Great Refuge on the Moon has been overrun by Apocalypse, and they ally with X-Factor. Foxbat and Gauntlet teleport aboard just long enough to abduct Crystal.

Askani recalls how she came from the far future, trying to change her past in order to save her present. Her task is to save the Chosen One (Nathan CHristopher). She was chosen because there was precedent in "the family" for time-jumping. However, Boak warns her it will not be easy. She goes anyway, and becomes no more than an energy being held together in the form of the woman she was by technology and will alone.

X-Factor and the Inhumans attack Apocalypse's stronghold on the moon. They project holographs of themselves, drawing their foes' attention, and then attack from the rear. Sneaky.

The Inhumans freed, X-Factor attack Apocalypse directly, and realize that they are in the same place where Phoenix died. The team bursts into a hamber where they see little Christopher hooked up to a large machine, and Apocalypse standing over him. Cyclops blasts at Apocalypse, but it's only a hologram, and a giant door opens to reveal a huge Apocalypse, integrated with his entire citadel.

Epilogue: A chalet in Interlaken, Switzerland, where Shinobi Shaw has just bought out his father's business and ruined him. He uses his mutant control of his density to give Sebastian a heart-attack and furthermore blows up the chalet.
