Synopsis: This issue is part of "The Fall of the Mutants"crossover.
X-Factor fights Apocalypse aboard his Ship floating above New York. He reveals that because of Pestilence's touch, Hank's strength is growing but his mind is weakening. He also reveals his own long history as god of death in various cultures and asks X-Factor to join him. They refuse and attack the Horsemen. Death is revealed to be Warren, and he uses feather blades laced with tranquilizers to subdue X-Factor.
Caliban, weary of being weak, joins Apocalypse in exchange for enhanced power. The Four Horsemen go forth to destroy the weak, beginning in Manhattan.
