Affiliation: The Press Gang (Genoshan Magistrates)
Status: Deceased (Hodge)
Powers: Wipeout was able to cancel out any superhuman abilities simply by being in their proximity, kind of like Leech. He was not a combat member of the Press Gang, but worked with them to subdue their victims. Wipeout's power was even able to disrupt X-Factor's Ship, allowing the Press Gang to override its safeties and enter it, meaning that his power was not necessarily limited to humans. Wipeout was killed by Hodge after removing the X-Men's powers before their trial (see X-Tinction Agenda). His death was then used to frame Havok, whom Hodge already suspected of being disloyal.
