The Avengers that didn't go to Genosha storm into the UN Council and Hawkeye immediately berates them for keeping the team out of Genosha. Some of the Avengers (specifically Black Widow and Giant-Man) are uncomfortable with Hawkeye talking to their employer's in such a condscending manner. Meanwhile, the rest of the Avengers meet Exodus, who has incinerated every human in the near area. While War Machine and Exodus duke it out in the skies above Genosha, the rest of the team manages to stop two mobs from tearing each other apart. During the confusion, Crystal and Scarlet Witch manage to sneak away to find Luna. In the sewers of Hammer Bay, Xavier, Beast, and USAgent stumble onto what looks like a concentration camp for Legay Virus infected mutates. Before they can help the prisoners, magistrates attack. Meanwhile, the rest of the X-Men manage to defeat Cortez's bodyguards, leaving Fabian alone. However, it turns out that its not really Fabian, but a mutate shapeshifter. In the skies, Exodus disables War Machine's armor, causing him to plummet to the ground. Fed up, Sersi (an Eternal) challenges Exodus.
