Powers: A disabled veteran, Kieros accepted an offer of power from Apocalypse
in return for his service. Kieros was healed, and given the power to make concussive
blasts and explosions by clapping his hands together. He served as the first War,
and rode a mechanical flying horse. After the repeated defeats of the Horsemen,
sometime before the gathering of The Twelve,
Kieros was stripped of his power and was returned to his parapelegic state. Then,
as if by chance, Archangel sought Kieros out. With
the help of some mysterious energy lodged in his wings, left over from their return
to flesh-and-blood, Archangel healed Kieros's destroyed body. Elated over his
good fortune, Kieros vowed to take his second chance at life and do it right this
time.
