Full Name: Patricia Tilby

Powers: None (human). Trish is a professional newscaster, who covered the
original X-Factor in its early days of mutant-hunting.
She became involved with Beast, who had saved her life
a few times, and stuck by him even when Pestilence's
touch made him lose his genius, and when Infectia's
kiss returned him to his blue furry form. Trish's relationship with Beast has
not been so easy: They have broken up more than one, more vehemently after Trish
broke the story about the Legacy Virus, causing
massive anti-mutant hysteria. However, the couple made up soon after, and Trish
was with the X-Men when Gladiator sent them to defend
the Shi'ar Empire from the Phalanx.
After defeating the Phalanx, Trish officially broke up with Hank, although it
is clear that both still love each other a great deal. And therein lies the problem...
A few months later, following Beast's further mutation into a more leonine form, Trish was one of the press members invited to the Xavier Institute. While touring the Danger Room, Beast let slip to Trish that he thought he was gay. Shortly afterwards this was cleared up as Hank's way of digging at Trish, and the two lost touch for a while.
In the wake of the M-Day event, Trish covered a number of stories in Mutant Town, and asked Bishop how Hank was, asking Bishop to have Hank call her. She called Hank herself a number of times, but he didn't answer the phone.
