Powers: Tower had a size-changing ability, somewhat like Micromax. He could get as large as 15 or 20 feet tall and shrink down to about half a foot. Tower generally wore a slightly armored costume and got increasingly stronger and more invlunerable as her grew larger. He was first seen when Dr. Carl Maddicks hired him to capture the Beast. Soon after, Tower joined the Alliance of Evil, and remained a member until the group disbanded sometime after they and their ally Harness acidentally resurrected Proteus. He often encountered and was defeated by X-Factor, but though he was frequently arrested, Tower, along with his teammates, invariably escaped prison. Tower has gone into semi-retirement, meaning that he was having fun getting drunk and abusing the locals somewhere in South America, when he was attacked and executed by the X-Cutioner, who had targeted Tower because he had murdered someone in the past.
