Powers: Timeshadow could shift himself a few seconds forward in time. However, he had few other physical abilities and skills, and so generally relied on his power to surprise his foes and knock them out. Without his power, though, he was pretty useless in a fight, which may explain why he wasn't with the Alliance on their last mission to gather the Proteus energies.
