Powers: Thunderbird was exceptionally strong and fast. He had a lot of attitude, and was always trying to prove himself. In the new X-Men's second mission, Thunderbird jumped on to Count Nefaria's plane to try and prevent him from escaping. Unfortunately, the plane was rigged and it exploded, killing Proudstar. He was mourned deeply and served as the inspiration to his brother Jimmy for a long time. Little else is available, due to the extremely short and tragic nature of his superhero career.
