A space station made by Cable from the remnants of Avalon. The result looks more like Graymalkin did, but with towers and gardens on top and anti-gravity pylons below. Providence contains Cable's bodyslide mechanisms and may also contain the Time Displacement Core. It is unclear whether Providence is really space-worthy, since it has always been within Earth's atmosphere, but it is likely, given Cable's penchant for "being prepared."

Cable established Providence as a floating airborne city, inviting the world's best and brightest to join him in a peaceful community, as he demanded that the world surrender its weapons of mass destruction. Unfortunately, the superpowers didn't like this threat, and sent S.H.I.E.L.D. and the X-Men to stop Cable. During the battle, Deadpool disabled the anti-gravity generators, and Providence sank, settling as a floating island on the ocean.
