Real Name: UnknownHe emerged on our Earth 20 years in the past, and soon found out that Dark Beast had transferred as well. The two formed an uneasy truce in order to build their power bases and keep from being detected by our world's versions of Apocalypse and Sinister. Sugar Man set himself up in Genosha, where he used some of McCoy's technology to show the Genegineer how to start the Mutate process. This information was only revealed way after the Genegineer's death and the fall of the Genoshan government (see X-Tinction Agenda). Cable, Domino, Pipeline, Jenny Ransome and Philip Moreau found Sugar Man's hideout and learned everything, so the Sugar Man set it to self destruct. He was seen falling off a cliff grappling with Moreau, but apparently they both survived. Sugar Man was then captured by the Shi'ar and the residual M'Kraan energy that he carried was drained off so that his presence wouldn't threaten the integrity of our universe. In return for sparing him, he helped the Shi'ar track down the other mutants who crossed over from his reality, and afterwards was presumably sent home.
Many months later, following the destruction of Genosha by the Wild Sentinels, which he apparently survived, Sugar Man ambushed a group of Magistrates who had been co-opted into service by Xavier, who was now running the island. He and Rastus (another AOA escapee no one knew about) killed the Magistrates and nearly killed "Dark" Beast, who was with them. Callisto and Karima Shapandar ventured into the tunnel where the attack occurred and were ambushed themselves. Sugar Man stabbed Karima with his tongue, but Callisto was able to block all of his gunshots. Though Rastus then bit half of Callisto's tentacled arms off, she was still able to fight, and impaled Sugar Man's head on a pike.
