Powers & History: A mercenary employed by Coach to kill the Orphan, Smoke had the ability to turn his body into a living column of smoke. He could fly because he was effectively lighter than air, andhad small tubes that released more smoke on his back, which seemed to help with propulsion. Though Smoke didn't seem to have a real body, it appears that his smoke form needed to be kept coherent, because he apparently died when he was sliced in two by Wolverine.
