Codename Etymology: Pronounced skărm'bələr [Unknown Origin, perhaps a nasalized variant of scrabble, in its alternate sense of "to struggle, to scrape quickly," from Dutch schrabbelen "to scrape"]; One who puts things in disarray.
Powers & History: A scrawny little Korean guy, Scrambler's power is to "scramble" other mutants' powers so they can't function, and sometimes burn out. A total non-combatant, he didn't even have a costume.
