Codename Etymology: Pronounced mī'krō-măks [From Greek mīkros: "small" + Latin maximus: "greatest"]; Conjunction of words indicating his size-changing abilities.
Powers & History: Micromax can increase his size from normal human to about 25-30 feet tall. He can also shrink to around a foot. His power allows him to change his physical appearance from a balding middle-ager with a beer belly into a lean, handsome super-hero. His day job was a DJ for a radio station, but he worked for F.I.6 in his hero identity. Micromax came into contact with Excalibur when Necrom arrived in this dimension, and first tangled with Nightcrawler and his N-Men (the Technet). During the investigation he attached himself to Excalibur, and ended up joining their ranks for a while, helping them until after Phoenix III brought them back from her original timeline (Days of Future Past). Later, he was recruited as a security guard by the Brand Corporation. However, they let him go when they realized they didn't need a super-powered employee to keep things safe. He was still unemployed when he showed up to Captain Britain's and Meggan's wedding.

Recently, Micromax was recruited by Bishop into a mutant team created to track down and apprehend mutants who refused to register with the United States Superhuman Registration Act. While Micromax was sent by the UK, and agreed to work on the team, he kept his personal feelings about the SHRA private...
