Powers & History: Membrain is one of the recent additions to the strike force part of Gene Nation. He appears to have a gelatinous form with which he can shape-shift at will, and which is made of psi-sensitive material. As a result, Membrain is a powerful telepath, and can use his goo to psi-paralyze foes by flinging it at them.
