#4 - On the Hill, Storm holds a blade to Mikhail's throat while the Gene Nation mutants hold a bomb and Callisto holds Storm at gunpoint. Storm forces Mikhail to teleport the entire Hill back to her home universe. Meanwhile, Cable wanders the emtpy Morlock tunnerls to honor Storm's apparent death. He uses his TK powers to twirl all the broken glass shards in the cathedral and spin them so they relfect the ambient light. Suddenly, all the inhabitants of the Hill burst from a portal behind Cable. The Gene Nation mutants threaten to detonate the bomb and some of them try to beat up Cable, but he kicks their butts. Cable grabs the bomb but Storm grabs it with a wind and carries it swiftly out of the tunnels up into the sky where it explodes, harmelssly. Cable beats up Mikhail and they stand looking at the whole of Gene Nation's survivors, but Callisto holds the gun to them again. Storm hits it with a lightning bolt, burning Callisto, who flees to the water. The presumed dead Marrow comes to her aid and reveals that she has two hearts. Cable contacts Jean telepathically about Storm not being dead. Mikhail leaves by a portal, leaving all of the other mutants behind. The rest of the X-Men arrive. They take the Gene Nationals to a village in Africa which has been run down. In another area of the tunnels, Dark Beast, who is posing as the real Beast, lets his anger at Mikhail for losing Gene Nation fester. He thinks how Storm and Mikhail will sufffer. Then, the next morning at the mansion, Storm shows up in the kitchen with her new costume.
