Powers & History: King Bedlam can mentally disrupt other peoples' thoughts, messing up their concentration and making them spout gibberish. When he killed his parents by causing them to crash their car, he was separated from his brother Jesse, and what happened to him is unknown. What is known is that the White Queen hoped to recruit him into the original Hellions, an offer he declined, although Tarot had fallen in love with him. Years later, he resurfaced, leading the New Hellions, and hoping to ransom the U.S. for a fortune by unleashing the Armageddon Man. While he was glad to see his brother again when Jesse finally found him, it is clear that he will crush anyone, even family, who gets in his way.
