Powers: Katu had the ability to channel the earth's electromagnetic field through his body. His powers were aided by bionics that took the place of his arms, which were ripped off by Omega Red. For some reason, only one of his arms was replaced, while the other remained a stump with implants on it. Katu apparently died while channeling an enormous amount of energy that disintegrated him. However, since Omega Red, whom Katu was holding at the time, and who also vanished, has returned, it is possible that Katu survived as well. He (or a clone) has rejoined the Acolytes under the name Kath. It is also possible that he was resurrected by Exodus.
