Codename Etymology: Pronounced gôr'jəs jôrj [From Old French, gorgias: "jewelry-loving, elegant"][From Latin Georgius from Greek Georgias "farmer, earthworker", from from ge "earth" + ergon "work"].
Powers & History: Gorgeous George is a purple-skinned shapeshifter whose clay-like body can assume almost any shape, similar to Mr. Fantastic's ability. He cannot look like other people (like Mystique, for example) but he can grow his body parts to large sizes, entirely envelop a foe, or open holes in his body to let projectiles and energy through. Such changes take great concentration, and George often loses control of his body's proportions when he drinks to much beer, which he did often while a member of Mr. Sinister's Nasty Boys. George also kept a pet mold in one corner of the Nasty Boys' lounge, which he was hoping would achieve sentience, until Sinster made him dispose of it.

George fought the government-sponsored X-Factor with his team, but later disappeared when Sinister abandonded the Nasty Boys.
