Physical Features: Nova Roma is a city of later Roman architecture that sits upon a plateau in the Amazon River Basin. Its height and a constant cloud or fog bank have helped to keep the city hidden from most of the modern world.

Native Inhabitants: Supposedly, a mixture of the descendants of ancient Rome and Amazon basin tribal natives. The Romans were said to have been sent on ships to colonize the West, and landed in Brazil, where they founded the city. Some time ago, it was revealed that Nova Roma was in fact a recent fabrication of Selene's, using survivors of an airplane crash to fuel her appetites for power and life forces.
