A nice issue. The narration was a little flip at times, and I was a little disappointed to see that Gambit wasn't narrating, or even the source of the narrative. Still, good work by Skroce on Daredevil. The Constrictor was OK, and especially how he really was acting under the most noble motives of all of them. The scenes with Remy and DD twisting and flipping around each other were very well done. I generally don't like when Skroce does that, but this time I was simply impressed by the realistic and varied ways in which he was able to portray two human bodies in close motion. Very nicely done. Now, the fact that Remy was trying to save Sabretooth is interesting. I know that the writers have slowly been making Remy a nicer guy, but Creed has caused him so much pain that I find it a little hard to believe he would do this for him. Unless it's as I theorized a couple of months ago, that it's not a bad idea to have Creed owing you his life, besides the annoyance and humiliation factor that it's going to cause him. Anyway, it's pretty clear now that Sabe's adamantium was stolen by Apocalypse to give to Wolverine, who is the new Death. As a result of this issue, Creed will get some of the metal back, but I don't think it will be as much as before. Probably just enough to keep him stable. The ethical questions raised this issue were good. However, I'm not sure that if I was in the judge's place and I had the money I wouldn't try to get to the top of whatever list there was for any treatment that would save my life. I can't really blame the guy like Murdock seemed to. Then again, it did make a dramatic point when he couldn't call him "Your Honor." The interlude with Fontanelle was very good. She has some real guts, getting into Sinister's head like that. I'm surprised he didn't swat her away. Also, I'd bet that he was the Black Womb Killer. The really cool thing is that Remy's probably going to meet him when he goes back in time in the beginning of 2000, and that will start their relationship, which eventually leads to the Mutant Massacre. Sinister must get something back then that gives him a hold over Remy, and that's why he has to work for him. So that was cool. Last awesome thing was the way Remy handled the situation so that everyone got what they needed: by using a low charge to destroy all the glass dust in Donato's stomach (BTW, a very gruesome method of "poisoning"), freeing up the artificial stomach for the judge, and getting the Constrictor to give him his adamantium. Excellent, and not often seen. Usually superheroes aren't able to defuse situations so cleanly. Parting question: did the Constrictor give up all his adamantium? The implication was yes (at least the stuff in his coils). Does that mean he's retired? Could he have settled down with Mary? Oh, well, that's really not so important here.
