While mutantkind has had many animated endeavors onto the small screen, few have been live-action. Now, while "Heroes" techincally isn't about us X-Men (it should be, I'm pretty enough to be that cheerleader), it does detail the lives of various X-Men-like mutants. So I want you to try and think about likenesses from X-Men on Heroes. For instance, that D.L. fellow has powers almost exactly like our good friend Shadowcat! And Matt Parker is like Professor X (though waaay less powerful)! Uncanny, isn't it? Pity that I wasn't a model for anyone on this show. Wait a minute! An incredibly attractive and incredibly talented singer would be a perfect character! People just can't find genius these days.
Anyway, this show demonstrates both problems that X-Men have had, and new dilemmas. It's good, even though it doesn't have me. So, lay back, get your brain in gear and Save that Cheerleader!
