Powers: Domina is a title, indicating that this Neo is the leader of her warclan. As such, she is capable of temporarily abosrbing or manifesting the powers of each member of her war party. She may also be able to manifest the powers of any mutant around her, similar to Mimic or Synch, but that hasn't been confirmed. Domina may also have a power of her own, to weave energy into tangible objects like ropes and whips. She was the Neo who declared war on the rest of the world after her daughter drowned when the High Evolutionary's satellite system stripped the Neo (along with all the world's mutants) of their abilities. She blamed all the humans and their "pet spikes," the mutants, for destroying her people. Domina led her Neo to New York, while she herself infiltrated and destroyed seventeen of Sinister's hidden bases, and killed Essex himself each time. Then, when her husband Jaeger was killed by Cecilia Reyes, her anger and grief were only increased. Domina can be beaten, but it isn't easy. Wolverine, fighting at peak efficiency and control, managed to subdue her, but only temporarily.

Domina held a blood feud with the entire human world, and planned on unleashing her Neo clanmates in an assault upon humanity, until Magneto intervened. Unwilling to accept any challenge to his authority and vision for mutantkind, Magneto ripped Domina's fortified headquarters apart and slaughter two of her lieutenants, cowing the Neo into submission and buying her loyalty with her life. She has not been seen since, and it is unknown whether she relocated to Genosha and was caught in the Sentinel massacre there.
