Codename Etymology: Pronounced băt'ər-ĭng răm [From Old French, bateure: "a beating"]; [from Old English, ramm]; A large shaft used to break down walls.
Powers & History: Battering Ram was big, purple and strong. He also had ram's horns growing on his head, hence the name. After serving with X-Force for a while, Ram became concerned that his image was limited to "the strong guy" and pestered Zeitgeist about giving him more to do. Unfortunately, Ram wasn't too bright, and approached Zeitgeist during the shootout to save the Boys R Us band. This distracted Zeigeist long enough for both him and Ram to get blasted by missile fire from a hovering gunship, killing them and most of their team.
