Real Name: Tike AlicarThe Anarchist was brought into X-Force to replace the deceased Sluk, and quickly made a nuisance of himself, as his codename indicates. As one of two survivors of the Boys R Us massacre, Anarchist vied with U-Go Girl for leadership of the rebuilt team. However, when it was given to the Orphan, Tike quietly confessed to Guy that he was only gunning for the job to annoy Edie, and pitied Guy for taking it. Under his tough exterior, though, may beat the heart of a hero: Tike was one of the X-Forcers who defended Orphan against Coach's assassins, Smoke and Succubus.
When new members were nominated for X-Force, Anarchist vetoed The Spike, afraid that as the "senior black guy" he would be next to die. Tike instead voted for Lacuna, who was selected as the next member, though she turned the offer down. Meanwhile, Spike confronted Anarchist on U-Go Girl's fill-in for Larry King and called him "Captain Coconut" - black on the outside, white on the inside. Spike was eventually recruited into the team and the two men constantly competed with each other, to the point of their internal strife becoming a danger to the rest of the team.
After Spike was killed and the team changed names to "X-Statix," Tike settled in and became less of a pain. He started a bizarre relationship with Dead Girl, and they went on a sort of stage show tour for a while. When Orphan stepped down as leader after the "Bad Guy" incident, Anarchist took over. However, by the time the Avengers came after Doop's brain, Orphan was back in charge.
Anarchist was part of X-Statix's last mission, which they were hoping would provide enough cash for retirement, but was instead a deadly ambush. He used much of his sweat to seal up Orphan's gaping chest wound and fire at enemies. When he ran out of sweat, he and Orphan made a "Butch Cassidy"-style run at the enemies and were killed.
Some months later, Anarchist was languishing in hell when a dead villain calling himself the Pitiful One used the Eau du Profundis to resurrect himself and other dead superhumans for 24-hour periods. Tike agreed to go along with the Pitiful One to see if he could get resurrected permanently. One time he was left behind with WWII-era heroine Miss America to guard the Eau, and the two got to talking and kissed. Unfortunately, in hell kissing tastes like dirt, but they got to arguing and ended up beating on each other, which apparently gave them the release they needed.
Later, Tike was arguing with Kraven and Mysterio, and went into his "private hell" where he relived his washing compulsion over and over to the point where he thought he had rubbed his fingers to the bone. Shortly afterwards, Orphan led some dead heroes to recover the Eau du Profundis, and the Pitiful One was defeated. Tike and Miss America had sat out the battle, so they asked if they could somehow move up in the afterlife as a result. Dead Girl told them to keep walking up, and if lucky, they would find the Stairway to Heaven...
