(X.S.E.)Powers: A survivor of the Summers Rebellion and one of the founders of the X.S.E., Hecate' projects a null-light field around opponents that brings out their darkest fears. She is a tough lady, and runs the X.S.E. with an iron fist. When Bishop went to work for the Witness for a year as payment for saving Shard's memories in a sentient hologram, Hecate' refused to accept his resignation, and instead assigned Bishop to spy on the aged mutant. Unfortunately, Bishop was unable to discover anything of importance.
