Powers & History: Sabretooth possessed a healing factor and heightened senses. He was probably the only mutant who was not in the Weapon X program by force. He had four adamantium claws simliar to Wolverine's on each hand, adamantium claws on his fingertips, adamantium bones, and adamantium teeth. Sabretooth battled Wolverine during the rebellion at Weapon X. He scoffed both the X-Men and the Brotherhood's ways. He, on the other hand, embraced the fact the he was a monster. They battled down a mountain and into a river, where Wolverine slashed Sabretooth's crotch and left him for dead.

Sabretooth's harsh judgment of the Brotherhood was not enough to keep him from joining Magneto when the Master of Magnetism returned. Sabretooth helped Magneto prepare for the destruction of the world, primarily by helping to loot museums of their great art treasures. It is unclear why Wolverine spared Sabretooth at the Weapon X fight, for later on, Wolverine wasted no time in beheading Sabretooth when the X-Men attacked Magneto's forces.

However, enough tendrils of neck flesh remained attached to Sabretooth's body to allow him to heal, and months later he confronted Wolverine and told him that he remembered his true past. More shockingly, Sabretooth revealed that Logan was his father! Wolverine didn't care to hear that and attacked anyway. They fought for awhile, then Storm ended it. Turns out, Sabretooth was on a mission to get a sample of Wolverine for Dr. Cornelius, who was badly burned and even more obsessed with having Wolverine, so there is no way to actually prove his claim.
