Powers & History: David possessed the power to manipulate matter and warp reality. Unfortunately, his power caused great physical damage to his host body. To compensate, he jumped from body to body. It seems he needed to be in eye contact to jump into a new body. Over time, his powers of reality warping grew and he burned out bodies at a slower rate. He also seemed to have some telepathic abilities. David was sedated since his powers manifested at the age of thirteen. When David got free of his containment, he did what any nineteen-year old boy would do: he went to Burger King. David's ambitions did not seem to stretch any further than getting revenge on his parents and eating all the junk food he had been denied during his isolation.
He possessed Wolverine at one point and threw Logan in front of a truck. Finally, David inhabited the body of Betsy Braddock. He gathered his father, mother, and the X-Men together. He scoffed at Wolverine when Logan tried to run him over, and began pounding the X-Men. Most of the X-Men received wounds in the battle, but Iceman, who ended up in a coma, by far was the X-Men who was most wounded. Teleporting around the world in instants, David used his powers to slaughter thousands of innocent humans right before Xavier's eyes. Finally, with something of a death wish, David scoffed at the X-Men and urged them to kill him. Then Betsy's mind reasserted control just enough to pause David, and Colossus crushed the delinquent with a truck.
