Space: The Final Frontier. Not a place unfamiliar to he X-Men. These are the Voyages of the X-Men aboard the Starship Enterprise, its continuing mission, to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations. In these time-twisted tales, the X-Men and the crew of the Enterprise and Enterprise-E join forces to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Point(s) of Divergence: Uncertain. It is clear that the Star Trek Universe diverged from our own before the 1990s at least, since there were no Eugenics Wars in that time period. There were also apparently no superheores in the Star Trek Universe, pushing the divergence point back to the founding of the First Line, if not earlier.
