The tarots, strictly speaking, are the 22 figured cards added to the 56-card suits pack.
Powers & History: Tarot is able to psychically create and control images shown in her tarot cards.

Tarot was a member of the Hellions, a group that supported Apocalypse during his reign. After Apocalypse’s defeat, the Hellions hid out in the Massachusetts Academy until being apprehended by Magneto’s X-Men. When the X-Men attacked, Tarot tried to create the death card but was quickly subdued by Nightcrawler. The Hellions’ apprehension was televised as an example of Magneto’s plan of bringing mutant criminals to justice.
