Codename Etymology: Pronounced [Etymology Unknown], [Short form of Caroline, itself a feminine form of Latin Carolus, from French Charles, from German Karl, etymology uncertain, possibly from a word for "man"].
Powers & History: None (human). However, Carol had great mastery over weapons. When transformed into a cyborg, she had an additional set of arms, a jetpack and increased strength and endurance.

Carol worked with the Air Force and Space Agency security before Apocalypse’s attacks made her join the Human Defense League. She was assigned the task of protecting Gateway from Apocalypse’s forces on Wundagore Mountain. While there, she came across Weapon X, who had come to ask for Gateway's assistance in the council's nuclear strike on Apocalypse. She brought Weapon X to Gateway, who was eventually convinced to see the human high council. The three were then attacked by Pierce’s modified humans, who wanted to kill Gateway. Under Logan’s orders, Gateway teleported the three into Pierce’s plane and a battle ensued. Carol protected Weapon X by diving into Pierce and knocking them both out of the plane. She then used her grenades to destroy Pierce before the two hit the ground.

However, before Pierce was destroyed he infected Carol with whatever cyborg-esque virus he and the modified humans had. This allowed her to survive and be re-created against her will, using leftover parts from other modified humans. She then assisted Pierce (who did the same to himself) in an attack on the human Armada in an attempt to destroy Gateway once again. Carol regained control over her conditioning for enough time to beg Logan to destroy her, only to be destroyed by Pierce instead.
