Powers & History: Jeffries had the ability to psionically restructure metal and other materials. He had living metal armor that enhances his strength and could be shaped into a variety of weapons and guns.

Jeffries was a member of Arclight’s Brotherhood of Chaos, which tried to stop the human evacuation to Europe in Maine. He used his mutant power to reprogram the Sentinel to only attack the X-Men (and not the Brotherhood). While the X-Men tried to reprogram the Sentinels and defend themselves from the Brotherhood, Jeffries and Vanessa snuck aboard the Sentinels and were evacuated to London. When they arrived, they began slaughtering as many humans as possible. He was eventually skewered and killed by Weapon X.
