Powers & History: None (human). Arcade was an assassin in Europe before the rise of Apocalypse. He used advanced technology to become a human terrorist under the service of Apocalypse. He and the lives of fellow Marauders Dirigible, Red and Owl were spared by Apocalypse as long as their terrorist actions were aimed only towards humans.

This terrorist activity eventually led them to Wakanda where they were challenged by Gwen Stacy. This would have been a minor obstacle to the Marauders if Tony Stark and his massive cargo transport had not interfered. Arcade was crushed by giant supply canisters delivered by Stark’s transport.
