The Uncreated are not especially physically gifted, and can be killed with near-conventional means. However, they do have very sharp teeth and claws, so they are more dangerous than an average human. The Uncreated also have bacteria and microbes inside them that are lethal to humans. Years ago, Black Air captured three Uncreated who crash-landed on Earth and was developing lethal weapons from these microbes. One of the aliens bit through the containment suit of Pete Wisdom's old friend Ed Culley, and he died from the Uncreated's diseases. These same three specimens were found by Shadowcat in a Black Air complex that she and Wisdom infiltrated, looking for answers to Culley's death. The Uncreated were presumably killed when the mutants destroyed the complex.

Shortly afterwards, three Uncreated ships were found burning their way through Shi'ar space towards the capital world of Chandilar. Fortunately for the Shi'ar, the Starjammers used their holographic projection system to generate a giant image of the Uncreated's god. Fearing that they had failed to kill it, and that they were in fact imperfect subordinate beings, the Uncreated blew up their own ships. Whether or not there are any Uncreated in other areas of space is unknown, though it is likely there are.

The Uncreated have powerful technology on their ships, but it is simplistic, which could indicate either genius or stupidity. Their pilots wear special bodysuits that allow them to control their ships, and each ship carries with it an archive of imagery of their dead god and how they killed it, as a constant reminder of their now-supreme nature.
